Just a thought....

If possible, open up the meter, obviously being
as careful as possible, and look at the photodiode
very carefully for a manufacturers logo, and part
number.(The part number may be abbreviated). Then contact
an electronic parts distributor to find out exactly who
the manufacturer is. Either search the web for the company,
or call their tech sales support people directly. They should
be able to supply you with the technical data sheet for the 
particular photodiode you are dealing with, which in most cases
includes a spectral sensitivity curve. If the tech notes don't have
the graphs you`re looking for, someone in the company will.
After all, they do want you (manufacturer,experimenter,etc) to 
use their product. This will probably be some trouble to go 
through, but it shouldn't take too long.
