Goldie:
You need to tell the list a little more about how you are shooting.  What
lens filter are you using to reduce or eliminate the visible light and are
you metering at ASA100 through the filter or not?   My own rough starting
points are ASA 50 if not through the filter and ASA 400 if through the filter.
