No, which is why the complaints about high contrast.  I set my meter at EI 8,
place a red filter over it, and make the measurement.  I then place the filter
over the camera lens and use the reading for the exposure.  Of course, this
means that you will be shooting this film slow and using a tripod.  However,
this is the combination I found to get the results you can examine.  Others may
well shoot this film differently.

I use two developers, Xtol (used to be D76) and Rodinal.  The Xtol is used for
the fast film (EI 100 and faster) and Rodinal for the slow stuf.  As the Rodinal
lasts pretty much forever, you can buy a bottle and not worry about it going
bad.  I can understand not wanting to have a zillion chemicals all over the
place (my bathroom is only so large), but I truly believe that Rodinal will give
Konica IR every chance to shine.  D76 will work, but IMHO not nearly as well.
