I grew up in AZ and sure miss the unique beauty in the region. I don't
know how much time you have but there are possibilities all over AZ
The Grand Canyon is a must, plan for majestic sunrises in the desert.
There are little ghost towns up around Crown King and there is the
saloon at Kirkland Junction riddled with bullet holes from cowboy
shootouts.Jerome is a well travelled tourist area like Sedona and
Tombstone. The one room school house may be in one piece down in Young,
my Great Uncle built it in 1920 as well as the first electric generating
water wheel on the East Fork of the Verde River. I'll never forget the
trip my uncle took me on throughout the backroads of AZ.It was sort of
a retrospective of his lifes work, I was fourteen he was seventy.
If you have a more specific request about AZ locations I will be glad
to help as I can, email me at walkerm@xxxxxxxxxxx Mike
