agfa apx 400 s

I was recently looking for developing times on the agfa site and I 
noticed that they have a couple of films (apx 100 s and apx 400 s) which 
the say are survalence films.  further reading states that they are more 
red sensitive than their regular b&w films.  This seems to be very close 
to the description of SFX from ilford.  Anyone have any information on 
these films or where I can get a hold of some to try it out?
