Belgian traffic camera film problem

Humoristic note in todays newspaper:

"Belgian red-light offenders go free"

"After the successful implementation of several red-light traffic
cameras the Belgian authorities faced an interesting problem: how to
develop the long roll bulk films. The department responsible for
setting up the cameras overlooked the fact that they also need
development equipment and training to handle the long rolls."

Interesting problem, most likely involving either Ilford SFX200, or
Agfa APX200S....:-))
