No problem with Patterson tanks.
I'm not certain where you are located, but the "halo-like highlights" coma about
due to the light going through the film, striking the pressure place, and
bouncing back through the film. If it was cloudy it is highly unlikely that you
will see this.
For a starting point, you might consider D76 1+1 dilution 70F 11 minutes.
