I live in and work in Toronto (As a freelance photographer & retoucher at
some of the Labs in & around town).  My own personal recommendation would
be (If the film is the IR E-6 compatible)

else you could try Alden Imaging 401 Alden Rd Unit 9, Markham 905-477-5161
Contact name Mike Fanning either of these guys are knowledgeable and
helpful.
