My guess is that O2 equals #21 orange, with O1 being equal to #16.
Otherwise there would need to be a darker O3 to get a real orange
#21.
Both #8 and #12 are classified as 'yellows', so that would be Y1 and
Y2.
Never saw much reference to this alpha-numeric system.
