I get the EIR film from our Local(ish) branch of KJP.  The price I can
get it for is GBP 8.68 per roll (26 DM?).  I am unsure if this is a
special
price they do for universities but you could contact them as they have
a few branches in Europe and America.  Let me know if you can not
find them (Amsterdam, Berlin, Dresden, Dusseldorf, Hamburg and
Rotterdam).
