microdol-x & infrared

hello.....

I am a second year photography student and i am interested in finding out if
anyone has any info on using microdol-x and kodak black & white infrared?
If anyone has tried it could they please let me know what
temp...dilution...rate of agitation and time they use?
Any info would be greatly appreciated!!
