I'm working on memory here, but seem to recall that chloro-bromide papers
give the best "splits." I've ususually used Agfa's Portriga Rapid and gone
with Selenium 1:3 just long enough to see the tone change then whisk the
print into water.
I'm not aware of other paper toner combos. Hope this helps.
