You may find that noon during a sunny summer day, unlike HIE, may not be a great
time to shoot.  I found the IR sensitive layer to, at times, overwhelm the
scene.  Experiment with overcast days and near sunup/sundown.  They may give
your image more balance, though you'll have to decide what you like.
