As you sent this to the Infrared List, I am assuming that you are considering
infrared film to deal with this condition. Unfortunately, I don't think that IR
film will help, as the haze is due to particles in the atmosphere, as opposed to
water vapor.
If your question deals more with subject, I would simply suggest that you do
what I do with white skies - don't include the sky in the image. When I was
last in Wales/Ireland I was met with those wonderful puffy cloud skies that so
seldom occur here in Maryland, so I have plenty of images including the sky from
there. Simply use what you've been presented with and good luck.
