Just got the April 13, 1998 issue of US News & World Report.  On page 72
there's an article called "Forgotten History in the Finger Lakes Region."

Accompanying the article are 3 images that appear to be hand-colored
infrareds.  One is a house, the second is a dock on a lake, the third is a
little girl dancing in the light coming through a window.  The
photographer's name is Theo Westenberger.  Anyone ever hear of him?
