What reflects IR... and what absorbs it?

I've got a photo in mind, where I'll need to have a material that is highly
IR reflective... preferably cloth that would show up as bright as possible
with HIE.  I'd also need a material (viscous liquid preferable) that
absorbs IR and would show up black. 

Any suggestions????
