The new batch is available in the UK also - expires Feb 1999.  Still using
up rolls of Feb 1998 expiry Konica with no problems of fogging etc.  Some
people have had different experiences though, I expect to lose a roll or
two......

For anyone who is interested, there is a Konica IR shot of mine at the new
Olympus Gallery (http://www.taiga.ca/~gallery/) shot on film just past the
expiry date.
