Hello!
Ive just got back from development my three rolls of EIR, which I took
during last week in Portugal. I used orange filter (Hoya G, which should
be equivalent to Wratten #21), and the pictures are quite interesting.
The sky is blue, clouds are white and foliage is red.
I used EI 320 and bracketed the exposure +/- 0.5 stops. Exposure was
metered with my Canon EOS 600s programmed exposure through the
lens and filter. Almost always the darkest version of the three
bracketed
frames is best exposure, so next time I may use EI 400 or 500.
Last summer I tested EIR with yellow (Hoya K2), orange (Hoya G) and
red (Hoya 25A) filter, and the orange filter was the best. I can not
compare
the results with #12 filter, because I don't have it!
Three rolls of Konica IR-750 are waiting to be developed next weekend.
Greetings, Hannu
