Konica IR does not require dark loading. Subdued room light or if
outside shade will do. That's a good idea for any 120 roll film.
According to the Konica data sheet, a development time of 6 minutes in
undiluted D-76 is resommended. This is for an ASA of 32 and a #25 red
filter. I would bracket a shot one stop over and under to get a real
sense of  your usable ASA.
