I work at a "local store" in Napa, CA.  HIE arrives from Kodak to us
with those "blue ice" packages.  Most of the time the film arrives at
the store first thing in the morning and the blue ice is still frozen.
Once the film arrived in the afternoon and the blue ice was cool but
no longer frozen.
