never post binaries on the list!

Willem Jan,
You are very right when you say in your recent message never to post
binaries on the LIST. In fact I meant to say to post binaries always on
the IR gallery, but unfortunately I used the wrong terms. I think people
will understand. Nevertheless still good to emphasize this problem
again!
