It is difficult (or impossible) to follow Kodak instructions with
absolute precision in the real world, but I have noticed that HIE
processed after a couple of months of exposure  need some  increase in
development time.   I reccommend that HIE be processed as soon as
possible, but even after four months, negatives are still printable.
