<< - Name: Jennifer
- Profession/Study:Photographer
- Country: USA
- Personal history of photography: Have studied courses for over 3 years but
never got my degree in photography. Taught black and white basics to girls at
a summer camp in Maine, and have been working as a photographer for a
national
company for about 4 years doing school portraits, communions, family
portraits, little leagues, and proms. I also work on my own doing a few shows
and contest.
- Preferred subjects: still life's or portraits. Anything I can work the
lighting on to my specifications Where I don't have to work around the sun,
moon, weather.
- Materials (film, filters, paper, chemistry): I primarily will use Ilford
delta 100 in 35 format and 120 format when shooting for myself. When
shooting
for work I use Kodak pro 400,220 format. I tend to stay away from filters
but
when needed I'll use a polarizer. For the IR film I tend to use is Kodak's
brand and shoot through a Cokin no. 25 red filter. My paper used is always,
Ilford MGD.44M pearl surface when using a resin coated paper. For fiber
based
I use an Ilford VC paper. I do not process my own work yet.
- Format (35mm/medium format/large format): As I have mentioned I use 35 mm &
medium format. I do own a speed graphic which uses 4x5 sheet film but am not
totally experienced with that format yet.
- Other strange hobbies: I have a degree in Criminal Justice. But otherwise
I
don't have any strange hobbies.
- How did you find out about this list: Was just doing a search on
photography
through Yahoo and infrared sites showed up and I browsed on.
- In case you already have your own IR-Gallery on the web, please
state the URL/address: (I will then also add your site to the overview of
IR-Galleries on my homepage!....think of the fame you can get....:-))
