I think XTOL would be the best, from what I've read it is an really great
developer for just about any B&W film. I am going to check on XTOL when I go
pick up supplies at my photo supplier FRIDAY.

I would highly recommend starting with D76 or Xtol. Either will do an
excellent
job, without exagerating the grain.
