You should be able to get Xtol in 1 liter and 5 liter packets. There should be
two documents on the Kodak site - one for Xtol with small tank and the other for
rotary tubes. It can be used in several dilutions and you can mix it at room
temperature. I've moved all of my medium/fast speed films (EI 100 and above) to
Xtol. Can't tell you much about its smell, I don't think it has one.
