Does anyone have times and dilution ( probably 1part to 31 )  for IlfotecHC Ilford 
liquid developer and HIE? Or has someone perhaps tried this?  I have had 
excellent results using IlfotecHC with conventional film such as Ilford FP4 also HP5 
and Fuji neopan.
