I have just joined the list. I think that having people send a short
biography is a great idea. I belong to several other lists and have never
sent anything to them.

- - Name: David Lee

- - Profession/Study: counselor

- - Country: Santa Cruz, California, USA

- - Personal history of photography: Obsessed with photography since 1980.
Taught photography at Modesto Junior College from 1984 to 1995. Owned and
operated a custom color lab from 1989 to 1995.

- - Preferred subjects: Landscapes - trees, rocks, weeds, water, Sierra Nevada
Mountains.

- - Materials (film, filters, paper, chemistry): Film - Konica IR 60%, Kodak
TMax 400 20%, TMax 100 10%, color negative 10%. Developer - TMax, HC110.
Paper - Ilford Multigrade IV Deluxe, Fuji FA (for color negatives).

- - Format (35mm/medium format/large format): Mostly medium (I have about 10
twin lens reflex cameras including Rolleiflexes, Rolleicords, Yashicamats,
and Mamiya C3's). Also use 4x5 including a Linhof Technika III and a
pair of homemade wooden 4x5's for stereo. Occasionally use 35mm for people,
including a Nikon FM2 and a Stereo Realist.

- - Other strange hobbies: 95% of my photography is stereo photography (AKA
3D). Most of it is with pairs of medium format TLR's and with my recently
finished 4x5 stereo camera. I do not make 35mm stereo slides as do most
stereo photographers today. I mostly make 3.5 x 7 inch stereo cards (like
the antiques) although I also have designed and manufactured a large viewer
for large stereo prints. I belong to several organizations for stereo
photography and would be happy to tell others about this type of
photography.

- - How did you find out about this list: Found it while looking for info
about infrared film.

- - In case you already have your own IR-Gallery on the web, please
state the URL/address: (I will then also add your site to the overview of
IR-Galleries on my homepage!....think of the fame you can get....:-))
I don't have a web page yet, but I have one IR image on the web at
www.dddesign.com/3dbydan/apec/4th/dlf.htm or /dla.htm.
