Well, I hear KODAK has the widest spectral sensitivity to INFR_RED, Konica has a little less detection range, and so forth. Although I recently had the idea, after speaking with people on hypersensitization, if you hyper infra-red film, you make it like 2-3 stops faster, but still retain the infra-red response curve..
Look in astronomy magazines for companies advertiseing hypersensitization equipment, usually involves hydrogen gas pressure, etc. as I understand.
