Cameron:

The first HIE I worked with was given to me by another photographer. It had
been stored in his freezer since purchase. The expiration date was for 1981
or 82. I started shooting HIE in 1991, so it was TEN YEARS old when I started.

All of it looked fine, and when I bought my first bulk roll about a year
later all of my development times, etc seemed to be the same.

Guess we should call it "cryogenic suspension for film" eh?

David
