To avoid consensus, and remain a curmudgeon, I think you should give
serious consideration to the 4x5 format.  You will have a negative which
takes the process into another realm and the cost is less than most medium
format.  There are unending used 4x5 field cameras.  They are labor
intensive and awkward but deserve serious consideration. If you don't like
loading sheet film backs, there must be a 70mm film back available for a
4x5.
