On my camera/rollfilm back combination, it looks like I would be able to wind the
advance (I have a knob on mine).  The knob falls right under the metal bar that holds
the assembly to the camera.  I can grasp it on either side of the bar, and reach the
"catch" that allows you to advance.

I might not be able to turn it as far per wind, but wind it still.  It seems like I
would only use this in-camera winding for bracketing.  Otherwise I'd be recomposing
each shot.
