A Webring is a collection of related Web sites that can reference each other
in a "ring" but also includes a master directory. You also need to have
someone willing to administer the ring and a minimum number of Web sites, I
think it is 20 sites. Each site then puts in a bit of HTML to provide the
references. See <http://www.webring.org> for the complete information. I
have found Webrings to be a great way to get information. I have a WinCE
webring site and I frequent the POVRay Webring. Webring links tend to be
kept up to date much better than most reference web pages so get used (by me
anyway) more than an individuals list of related web sites.
