David - thanks so much for your advice re pricing stained glass windows.
 After receiving responses from several people, including yourself, and
with ASMP advice, I will be charging my normal day rate plus expenses.
Since I have to get up onto high scaffolding for some of the shots, it's
day rate or bust!  Thanks again.
