The most ordinary clear office tape....from top surface of filter to 
the bed (double-sided stuff inbetween would most likely make it to 
thick/tall).

It has been holding perfectly since nearly two years now....8-))

As with all office tape, I expect it to degrade over time, but I
wonder how much of this degradation is caused by UV or whatever
influence from contact with daylight cq open air....it's a pretty
dark & sealed environment inside that camera....
