Hicks equipment makes stand alone scanners and roll-film adapters for
Kodak Scanners. Their web site is: http://www.hickseq.com/
I spoke to them last week looking for exactly the same product - was
estimated at $30,000 for a unit to scan 400 foot long roll 70mm. Scan
time was estimated at 20 seconds per frame, I think.
There is also a photo lab "Capital Film", or something similar, in
Alabama that has one of the Hicks scanners, and will scan film for a
fee.
If you find any other solutions, please email me the details.
