if you are talking about 35mm then the answer is yes. I've bought 150 ft
bulk rolls for the last six years or so. The bulk rolling is a bit
different, and the hooking up of the spool and placing in cartridge prior to
rolling in the bulk roller must take place in total darkness. Also plan on
loosing the first and last couple of frames to fingerprints unless you want
to wear rubber gloves.

It does offer a tremendous cost savings over pre-rolled IR film however.
