The local pro shop here in Nashville, Dury's, quoted a price of $180 for
150 feet. 

I believe a 36-exposure roll is 6 feet. That means from 150 feet of film
you could get 25 rolls, or exactly $8 per roll. That compares with $10
I've been paying retail. That would save you $100 on those 25 rolls.

So what's the downside?
