I know this isn't exactly what you requested, but why not take a look at
the
Hasselblad XPAN camera, this is a 35mm rangefinder that can switch
between 24 by 36mm and 24 by 65mm negative size images mid roll. At the
moment 45mm and 90mm lenses are available with 35 and 135 planned.
