I've got another great source... albeit expensive... and the only real
alternative to the large Photoflex changing bags (that leak light, IR and
visible alike, like a sieve).  I recently picked up a Shadow Box "bag"
after being assured by the manufacturer that if it leaked IR I'd receive a
full refund, no questions asked.  I've used it to load several spools of
70mm HIE from the bulk roll in normal room light, and to load/unload my
70mm back in full daylight with no problems whatsoever.

They're also carried by B&H and others... I bought mine at my local
pro-photo store.

Model 22: 22 by 22 inch working area, 15 inch interior height
Model 30: 30 by 30 working area, 20 inch interior height.
Model 3040: 30 by 40 area, 23 inch height.
