beginer question...

I know this is a big project for a beginer... but I was wondering if any one
had any tipps on double exposure on IR BxW film(HIR?).  I recently saw some
incredible artwork at a local art festivile useing this practice and I was
interested in learning more.  Thank you for all your help.
