Since you must cut HIE yourself, you can cut it to 220 length, and
thereby using any dip & dunk developing system.
Alternatively you could hack a 120/220 format tank/reel, and expand it to
70mm size....and in that case you are also limited to 120 or 220
lengths.
Aerial labs will offer long roll development, but these are not easy
to find....only a few in Europe for example. Could be nice though for
EIR, as they might also offer AR-5 processing.
