I am assuming that you understand that developing HIE with Rodinal will produce
a virtual grain storm and that this is the effect you are looking to obtain.
That in mind, you might find 1:50 dilution 70F 6-8 minutes. If you don't want
to emphasize the grain, I would suggest D76 or Xtol.
