You didn't state whether you were using 35mm or 120.  I have reason to believe
that they are different, so note that my times are for the 120 version only. 
Also, remember that my times are good for me and may not be for you and yada
yada yada (you may see my results on my Web page).

Anyway, when shooting Konica IR 120 size at EI 8 when metered through a #25
filter, I generally tend to develop it with Rodinal 1+75 70F 7.5 minutes.
