- Name: Jan Schowengerdt (You can call me Najjie, Naj,   or Jan,
whichever!)

- Profession/Study: Digital Design, Fine Arts

- Country: US

- Personal history of photography: Minor from Miami 
  University, now working towards a certificate of
  of Fine Arts (photography concentration) Right now 
  I'm just trying to get back into the swing of things
  and build up some photo confidence

- Preferred subjects:Alternative processes, general 
  tips/technical issues (this is where i feel i have
  a lot to learn)

- Materials (film, filters, paper, chemistry):
  Hmmm. So far I've mostly just used the   typical/traditional stuff.
Did try a little Kodalith
  way back when, enjoyed it.

- Format (35mm/medium format/large format): 
  35 mm. I've tried 4/5, found it a bit awkward. Maybe
  when I get a car again i'll reconsider it... 

- Other strange hobbies: Stained glass making (just     now learning
it), talking to my cat, uh, well, gosh-
  i don't seem to have many hobbies. School and work    are my life
right now.
