Update, after receiving this unit, and seeing with my own eyes:
My friend has rated it much too conservatively, it is mint in every 
aspect (given and take some dust on the outside).
According to the Dutch distributor production might have ended nearly 
15 years ago (not listed in their 1986 catalog), and not many were 
build either (he guessed a few hundred, definately not thousands). 
New price back then was around US$6-700 (assuming the same factor 2x
of standard back vs 70mm back, just like Mamiya and Rollei), so
US$300 is a good deal.
Tomorrow I will post it on rec.photo.marketplace for US$350, so don't 
wait too long....;-))
