The very first place to go would be the FAQ. I've got a copy of it on my Web
page (as well as a plethora of other information and images), so you will want
to print it out, read it, and keep it for reference.
After that, you'll want to look at Joe Paduano and/or Laurie White's books.
Reading will get you so far, but remember that testing and actually using it is
where the greatest learning will take place.
