OK everyone -- take a deep breath.

Yes, a.calciu@xxxxxxxxx infringed on WJ's copyrights for the images. This
makes him an uncooth larcener. His pleading ignorance without admitting
fault after the fact is infuriating. But...

I'm starting to hear a lynch mob form in this thread.

All these calls for lawyers and law suits are beyond reasonable. What
actual damages did WJ suffer? I don't know about the Netherlands, but here
in the US this quick-draw lawyering is a huge problem. The only person that
wins is the attorney (by collecting fees). Our courts are clogged with
petty, ego-based suits.

Besides, I can't imagine a cost effective way for WJ to persue a law suit
from the Netherlands. Give ol' a.calciu some negative feedback on eBay.
Sure, send him a nasty letter with a bill for use. That would even be fun
to write.

After all, didn't WJ get the last laugh anyway by switching images. Well
done WJ!
