I have to admit that my method definitely doesn't sound right, but I've been
doing it for years with excellent results. After soaking the strip in PhotoFlo,
I take a clean paper towel (Bounty works well), fold it around the top of the
strip, and send it down the entire length (don't do it twice, as that'll be
death to the film). It allows the film to dry much quicker, thus giving dust
less of a chance to find its way to the film.
