Well, I would think that it would be a full time job.  Were I somewhere in the
US and I found myself out of IR film, I would call Kodak (800-242-2424) and ask
them for the directions to a place that sells it.  I don't know if they could
help, but they're helpful in so many other ways that I'd give this a try first.

Always bring too much film with you!
