Question regarding getting EIR processed

I recently purchased a couple of rolls of EIR and will need to get it
processed.  I use Fuji  mailers for most of my transparency films but the
Fujicolor lab told me that they cannot process EIR safely.  What approach
should I take to getting the film processed locally (Portland, Oregon).
Can the one-hour labs be trusted or is better to ask a pro lab.  Any advice
will be much appreciated.
